CoSA reintroduces its "Season Mailer"

CoSA's season mailer has returned by popular demand. The 6" x 11" postcard was inserted into every Eagle newspaper delivered on the island of Coronado.  Thousands of cards made their way into coffee shops across San Diego County, and thousands more are ready for arts-loving patrons to take home so they have every CoSA performance and exhibit date close at hand.

The season mailer was created by CoSA DigArts students Bryanna Fabyonic and Angella Dawley, who are paid to help with CoSA's many graphic design needs. The students met with CoSA Director Shane Schmeichel in June to discuss ideas for the mailer. Creativity simmered away over the summer and by September the students had come up with the basic idea for a season mailer to celebrate CoSA's 20th anniversary.

"Twenty Years of Creating Stars" is CoSA's theme for 2015-16. Founded in 1996 by Kris McClung, CoSA is proud to be celebrating its 20th anniversary. The mailer features elegant, richly toned gold and wine-red colors on a black background, with what could easily be interpreted as a depiction of effervescent champagne bubbles bubbling to the top of the card!

Celebrate CoSA's "Twenty Years of Creating Stars" with us! If you don't have your season mailer yet, stop by the CHS front office and pick some up, for you and your friends. We hope to see you at many of our performances and exhibits, all noted on the season mailer.
