Oh the Places You'll Go!

CoSA Seniors Class of 2015 are headed all over the globe to begin their college careers. Jade Verbick, DigArts, will be the farthest afield at Cardiff University in Wales, United Kingdom. Cameron Taylor, Technical Theatre, will be calling Syracuse, New York home, while Caroline Carlson will be at Berklee College of Music in Boston.

Two students are buying warm winter coats to wear at The University of Michigan: James Harbaugh, Musical Theatre & Drama, and Siena McKim, Visual Arts. Another Midwesterner-to-be is Sam McPeak, Instrumental Music, who will be playing lacrosse for Denison University.

The Pacific Northwest will be populated by CoSA students:  Hannah Frey, Dance, at Oregon State; Katerina Sudakova and Dominique Chapman, both in Dance, both at the University of Oregon (go Ducks!); Aly Brady, Musical Theatre & Drama, at University of Washington; Charly Montgomery, Musical Theatre & Drama, at Cornish College of the Arts; and Walker Hewitt, Visual Arts, at University of Puget Sound.

Galen Steinhoff is the first CoSA student to attend the Univ. of New Mexico. Katy Titus will be at Chapman University in Orange County and Megan Weber is studying at Grand Canyon University in Arizona. Tim Baran will be continuing to make 'em laugh with his outstanding stand-up comedy routines at Webster University in St. Louis where he plans to obtain a BFA in Acting.

And of course, CoSA students were accepted to many California State University and the UCs:  UC Santa Barbara, UC Santa Cruz, UC Irvine, Cal Poly, CSU Long Beach, CSU Los Angeles, SDSU, CSU Monterey Bay, and San Francisco State among others. Several  CoSA students are pursuing their studies at San Diego County’s excellent community colleges, including Mesa, Grossmont, City and Southwestern.

Seniors, we wish you all the best of luck! Keep in touch. We look forward to hearing about your amazing, bright futures.
