Acting
Program Description:
The Drama intensive is designed for students with a commitment to the theatre arts. It encompasses performance training classes and collaborative artmaking through a devised theater process. Students participate in acting exercises and games to discover projection and diction, character development, and more. They gain practical experience in the rehearsal and performance process as they participate in all aspects of the creative process – conceptualizing, writing, and transforming ideas into dramatic action. The intensive will culminate in a final performance of the works created during the intensive.
